Kayak Limón offers tours that last from 3 to 5 hours with a local guide from the town of Los Guineos. All guides have received training in kayaking rescue/assist techniques, first-aid, and are official “Guides of the Environment” as defined by the Dominican Republic Department of Tourism. Food and beverages can be provided during and/or after the tour if given notice ahead of time at an additional cost.

Local lodging for tours leaving early in the morning/returning late can be found at Hotel Coco Loco in Miches (http://www.hotel-dominican-republic.net/hotel-352-coco-loco-beach-club-miches.html). Transportation to and from Los Guineos can be set up through the hotel.

Price per person (prices are subject to change):

Kayak Limón Complete Tour (includes food after tour)- RD $1,000 ($25 USD)

Kayak Limón Complete Tour  (No food)- RD $800 ($20 USD)

Kayak Limón Tour Corte (Mangrove tour OR Beach) –  RD $600 ($15 USD)

What should you bring for a tour?

Water, hat, sunglasses, bug repellent, sunscreen, and clothes that can get wet!

Kayak Limón ofrece tours que duran de 3 a 5 horas con un guía local de la comunidad de Los Guineos. Todos de los guías han recibido entrenamiento en rescata de kayak/técnicos de asistencia, primer auxilio, y son oficialmente “Guías del Medio Ambiente” según al Departamento de Turismo de la República Dominicana. Comida y bebidas pueden ser aportados durante y/o después de un tour con avistamiento antes del tour por un precio. 

Alojamiento local para tours saliendo temprano o regresando tarde puede ser encontrado en Hotel Coco Loco en Miches (http://www.hotel-dominican-republic.net/hotel-352-coco-loco-beach-club-miches.html). Transportación puede ser  planificado con el hotel.
